Microsoft release Windows 10 PC update KB3140741

Microsoft pushed a small update to all Windows 10 PCs this morning. This update is not listed on Microsoft’s Windows 10 update history page.

Update KB3140741 goes by pretty quickly. And it doesn’t require system to reboot.

According to service stack update for Windows 10, This update makes stability improvements for Windows 10 Version 1511 servicing stack.
If you are installing a servicing stack update package for the first time, the package for the x86 version is 5 MB and the package for the x64 version is 11 MB.


we do not have concrete details on what is exactly new with this update. We do, however, know based on our past experience covering cumulative updates that this will also mostly, if not completely focused on bugfixes, performance and stability improvements, We will let you know if we find any improvements or any bug fixes.
