Hey there everybody, welcome back to another exciting Microsoft weekly, where we are about to go over the top stories of the past week in the world of Microsoft and its product. In this Microsoft weekly we have news about Windows 10 Mobile Creators Update, 2 insider preview builds, My People app, windows 10 smartwatch, Groove Music update and more.

Windows 10 Mobile Creators Update

So, Microsoft started rolling out the Windows 10 Creators Update for the 14 eligible Windows 10 Mobile devices. Windows 10 Creators Update doesn’t bring any big notable new features compared to the Anniversary Update. But there are some few major improvements and enhancements. They bring Reset app feature, you can now uninstall stock app such as Calculator, Groove Music, Films and TV and more. They added ability to read the books in Microsoft Edge, Windows Hello and Cortana received significant improvements.

3 new Windows Insider Preview Build

Microsoft released total 3 Insider Preview build this week. They released build 15027 and 15028 for the Windows 10 Mobile devices with number of fixes and enhancement over the last public preview build. Additionally they released build 16184 for the windows Insider in the fast ring for the PC. The PC build also bring number of fixes and improvements and bring couple of new features too including My People and more.

My People

With the Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 16184 Microsoft bring My People feature. This feature was expected to arrive in the Creators Update but it got delayed and scheduled for the Redstone 3. With My People feature youwill see a quick-access area on the taskbar that showcases your favorite people directly on the taskbar. You can send message, email share emoji to them directly from the their. You can send 3D objects, emoji’s and more straight from your desktop. You can pin up-to 3 contacts on the taskbar and view multiple communication apps together.

Windows 10 Smartwatch

No it’s not Microsoft Band! German OEM TrekStor working on a new smartwatch that powered by the Windows 10 IoT Core. This smartwatch will be run any Universal Windows Apps. the smartwatch will have a 1.54-inch display and it protected by Gorilla Glass 3. In addition the smartwatch is Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled, has plenty of storage space and has the processing power and battery life to perform its line-of-business functions. We’ll soon hear more details about it from company.

Groove Music

Groove Music updated for both production version user and also for insider in fast ring. For production version user the update bring many new features and Project NEON glimpse. The latest update bring a subtle blur to the sidebar of the app. The update also bring many new features such as Follow playlists, More like this, Music Videos and Now Playing. For Insider it bring few more Project NEON element.
